David Walsh, CFA, Portfolio Manager - Allstate Investments, LLC
Mr. Walsh is the Portfolio Manager for the Allstate Pension Plans and Allstate Financial Capital Partners portfolios. In addition, he directs the development of quantitative research to support tactical asset allocation decisions within Allstate's Portfolio Management Group. Mr. Walsh began his investment career at Allstate Investments in 1986 as a quantitative analyst in equities. Prior to assuming his current role in 2001, he held a number of leadership roles at Allstate, including investment strategy, derivatives, and quantitative investments and risk management. Before starting his investment career at Allstate, Mr. Walsh was an Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine (Biostatistics). Mr. Walsh is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.

Gail Schoenbeck, Vice President & Consultant - Lee Hecht Harrison
As Vice President and Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison's Chicago office, Ms. Schoenbeck actively coaches senior executives across all industries and functions. She provides strategic direction and thought leadership to clients on a wide variety of career management issues, and she also facilitates numerous internal and external seminars. Ms. Schoenbeck's industry breadth includes advertising, banking, consumer goods, consulting, insurance, investment, and manufacturing, and her consulting experience includes working with individuals at all levels of the organization. With over 30 years experience in the human services arena, Ms. Schoenbeck's expertise includes career management consulting, community relations and executive search.

Kathleen Graham, Principal - HQ Search, Inc. Ms. Graham is a Principal and Co-Founder of HQ Search, Inc., a retained executive search firm specializing solely in financial services positions globally, whose clients include asset/money management companies, domestic money centers, international and suburban banks, investment/merchant banks, consulting firms, corporations, credit rating services, pension funds, real estate developers, trading institutions/hedge funds, and private equity/venture capital firms. For the last 5 years, Ms. Graham has issued an annual job outlook for investment professionals, a forecast that, for the past 5 years, has been 100% accurate. She has also started 3 new companies in 2006: HQ Seminars, Inc. (custom designed financial niche and in-house seminars); HQ Scripts, Inc. (editing and creation of financial articles, books and newsletters); and HQ Services (financial services compensation studies, brainstorming/focus groups). Ms. Graham is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago and the Chair of the Career Management Advisory Group.

As Vice President - Head of Asset Allocation at Diversified Investment Advisors, Mr. Daley oversees the asset allocation services for defined benefit plans, working closely with the client investment services group.
