Please join us as Kathy Graham, Principal - HQ Search, Inc. leads this highly interactive 2-hour workshop focused on strategies that those in transition, the underemployed, and those changing careers from some other field into money management can use to build their career in today's environment. Ms. Graham will utilize examples of how real people could actually use the strategies and techniques covered. The workshop will be broken down into eight 15-minute segments, with each segment consisting of explanation of the concept, specific examples and time for answering audience questions. Two of these segments will be a group exercise.

Ms. Graham is a Principal with HQ Search, Inc., a retained executive search firm specializing solely in financial services positions globally that she co-founded in 1997. HQ Search, Inc.'s clients are: asset/money management companies; domestic money center, international, and suburban banks; investment/merchant banks; consulting firms; corporations; credit rating services; pension funds; real estate entities; research; trading institutions/hedge funds; and private equity/venture capital firms.

For the last seven years, Ms. Graham has issued an annual overall trends and financial services job forecast, which to date has been completely accurate in forecasting the economic developments and hot jobs/dud jobs for each finance sector. She also started 3 new companies in 2006: HQ Seminars, Inc. (seminars and webinars); HQ Scripts, Inc. (publisher of books and newsletters plus related editing services); and HQ Services (brainstorming/focus groups, compensation studies, and human capital/career development services).

Ms. Graham holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Analytic Finance, and Econometrics & Statistics from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from North Central College, where she also taught classes in Corporate Finance.
