If you haven't played in a while, need a refresher lesson from a pro, or just want to have some fun, please join us at Fresh Meadow Golf Club (voted as one of Chicagoland's "Best Places to Play 2008/2009" by readers of Golf Digest) for an afternoon of practice, group lessons (optional), a 9-hole golf round, and post-game cocktails networking.

Fees:
Members: $65 (all inclusive)
$45 (game & reception only - NO group lessons)

Non-Members: $75 (all inclusive)
$55 (game & reception only - NO group lessons)

(payable by cash, check or credit card - NO FUNCTION TICKETS)*

Fee includes basic group golf lessons (if applicable), 9 hole golf game, green & cart fees, a sleeve of golf balls per player, and 2 bags of tees per group of 4, BBQ Grill reception, 2 drink tickets, tax & tip. Additional alcoholic beverages may be purchased by each individual (cash bar). Please bring your own golf clubs. If you do not own golf clubs, they may be rented for $15 at the Club. You may also purchase additional golf balls at the Club.

Note: You must register by 12 pm, Thursday, September 23rd. If you are taking group lessons, please mention this when you register by phone. Please also indicate if you would like a vegetarian meal.

Agenda:
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Registration/Practice
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Basic group lessons on grips, stands, swing & posture (optional)
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Registration (for individuals not taking lessons)/Practice
2:00 pm - 4:45 pm: 9-hole Golf Game
4:45 pm - 6:30 pm: Reception/Networking
Note: Participants are required to check in no later than 20 minutes before start time.

*Special Notes Regarding Fees:
Credit card required to guarantee ALL reservations. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club are accepted. Space is limited. NO WALK-INS. Event will be held rain or shine. Cancellations accepted until 12:00 pm, Thursday, September 23rd.
