Members attending the Annual Business Meeting will hear from society leaders who shall provide a strategic overview of the organization, present proposed bylaws changes that have been revised to better align our society's governance structure to fit best practice models of societies and associations of similar size, and share the nominated slate of Directors and Officers. Regular members will vote on the nominated slate and bylaws changes. The short business meeting will be followed by a complimentary cocktail reception where members can recognize outgoing leaders and welcome the newly elected leaders.
