Event cancellation policy: Unless otherwise stated in the event description, you may cancel your registration for an event until 5pm on the day before event by contacting our office: 312-251-1301. No exceptions will be made.

NOTE TO MEMBERS: In order to view your event ticket tally you must be logged onto the website. You can click on the "Preferences" tab upon member log in or you can click on an individual event, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Register Online." After you arrive on the registration page scroll down to the payment section and you will see a blue box on the right side of the screen with your event ticket total.
