Benefits and Compensation Committee

The Compensation and Benefits Committee's role is to review the CEO's contract and the non-executive staff benefits. Recommendations are made to the Board for discussion in Executive Session. The Immediate Past Chairman of the Society serves as the Chair. The current Chairman and Vice Chair serve on the Committee.

The 2011-2012 Compensation and Benefits Committee members are:

• Keith Cardoza, CFA - Vice Chair
