Program Title: POWER Breakfast: Factor-Based Equity Investing

Program Description:
As investors question the worth of active stock-pickers and move to reduce expenses, factor-based equity investing has become more relevant than ever, often in the form of "Smart Beta" strategies. Come listen to a factor investing expert, as she reviews the fundamentals and boils down what you need to know regarding successful factor-based equity investing in today's market environment.

  • Overview of factor-based equity investing
  • What should investors look for when buying factor-based equity strategies?
  • Single-factor, multiple-factor, and timed-factor strategies
  • Is factor-based equity investing the same as Smart Beta investing? What are the similarities and differences?
  • Which factors are emphasized in some of the largest Smart Beta ETFs and what are the implications?
