Please note that you must register for your top six (6) choices in order of preference. Space is limited at each table. There are only three 30 minute rounds, and you will be pre-assigned to 3 different tables on a first-come, first-served basis. See agenda below for details.

Cancellations accepted until 5:00 pm, October 2. There is a $5 surcharge for walk-ins and you are not guaranteed space at your preferred tables.

Attire is business casual.


Note: Each networking round (3 in total) will last 30 minutes, followed by a 10 minute break between sessions. Each individual will have approximately 3-5 min. per round to pose their question(s) to the table's host(s).

4:30-5:00 pm: Registration
5:00-5:10 pm: Introductory Remarks/Explanation of Rules
5:10-5:40 pm: First Networking Session
5:40-5:50 pm: Break
5:50-6:20 pm: Second Networking Session
6:20-6:30 pm: Break
6:30-7:00 pm: Third Networking Session
7:00-7:30 pm: General Social Networking (optional)
