2022 – 2023 Schedule
Mentor Profile Collection: December 5, 2022 – December 23, 2022
Mentee Application Collection: December 5, 2022 – December 23, 2022
Only CFA charterholders that are current with their CFA Society Chicago dues will be considered for program selection. THE MENTEE APPLICATION COLLECTION IS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH DEMAND.
Mentee Application Selection: December 23, 2022 – January 6, 2023
The Mentorship Program Subcommittee will select mentees through a blind application review process. Selection and pairing notification emails will be sent out on January 9, 2023.
Mentor-Mentee Matching: December 23, 2022 – January 6, 2023
Mentor-Mentee matches will be made by the Mentorship Program subcommittee and will consider similarities in professional backgrounds/interests, stated goals for the program, pairing preferences submitted to the subcommittee following mentee and mentor reviews of program participant bios and meeting location/timing preferences or restrictions.
Program Orientation: January 17, 2023
CFA Society Chicago will host a networking event that will include a program overview presentation and opportunity for Mentor-Mentee pairs to meet and begin planning for the program.
Program Duration: 6 months from Orientation Meeting (January 2023 through July 2023)
Suggested Meeting Schedule: 1 Mentee-Mentor Mixer + 1 Meeting/Month + optional attendance at one non-Mentorship Program CFA event together
Program Conclusion:
CFA Society Chicago will hold a networking event in July to wrap up the mentorship program including tips for the future and feedback.

- Mentors: 20-25 (Experienced CFA Society Chicago Members)
- Mentees: 20-25 (Selected through application process)
