Chris Vincent, CFA, joined CFA Society Chicago as chief executive officer in May of 2020. The majority of his investment career was spent as a fixed income portfolio manager in Chicago with two firms, William Blair and Zurich Scudder. He was head of fixed income and a partner at William Blair Investment Management (2002-2019) where he managed bond mutual funds and separate accounts. At Zurich Scudder (the successor firm to Kemper Financial), Vincent was a managing director and senior portfolio manager for institutional clients (1988-2002). His roots in the money management industry are as a corporate plan sponsor with Nestle Purina in St. Louis (1983-1988).
Vincent has been a volunteer for CFA Society Chicago and CFA Institute since 2006. He previously served as chair of the Board of Directors for CFA Society Chicago (2014-2015) and has also volunteered for various CFA Institute groups and committees, notably as a member of the Annual Conference Advisory Committee (2012-2018).
Vincent earned his CFA charter in 1990, received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Missouri and holds an M.B.A. from Saint Louis University.

Kim Augustyn, CMP is a meeting, trade show and event industry professional with more than 20 years of experience. She excels in relationship management and negotiations with clients and vendors.
Prior to joining CFA Society Chicago, Ms. Augustyn was the National Sales Manager focused on the Central region for Team San Jose, an organization focused on promoting San Jose as a destination to stimulate economic development. Previously she spent 11 years with Navy Pier, the Metropolitan Pier& Exposition Authority in Chicago. In 2003 she was promoted to Sales Manager and generated $2.7 million in rental business and $15.9 million in food & beverage during a six-year time frame. In 1999, Ms. Augustyn joined the organization as an Event Manager. She successfully oversaw more than 200,000 square feet of exhibit space, ballroom and meeting room space for corporate, association, trade and social clients. Ms. Augustyn was also an Assistant Fundraising Director for the House Republican Campaign Committee. During her tenure there, she coordinated statewide fundraising efforts that raised more than $8 million in three years.
She is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and served on the MPI-CAC Board of Directors from 2012-2014, overseeing the Membership Recruitment Committee. She is also an active member of Association Forum of Chicagoland and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). An Illinois native who currently resides in Chicago, she also enjoys volunteering with numerous non-profits and enjoys traveling, reading and outdoor activities.

Nicole Harris is an association professional with more than 10 years of experience in membership, volunteer management, and chapter relations. She has demonstrated proficiency in leadership training, strategic planning and development, budgeting and program management.
Prior to joining CFA Society Chicago, Ms. Harris was the Director, Constituent Services for the Academy of General Dentistry an organization dedicated to is to serving the needs and representing the interests of general dentists, to promote the oral health of the public, and to foster continued proficiency of general dentists through quality continuing dental education in order to better serve the public. Ms. Harris first began her career at a trade association in the Information Technology and Membership departments in 1990. She worked with chapter leaders and volunteers with the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). In addition to working with AGD constituents, Ms. Harris is actively involved with the Association Forum of Chicagoland, serving as the Association Forum 2012-2013, Chair, Workforce Diversity Committee, Association Forum 2010-2011 Diversity Scholarship Selection Subcommittee Chair, 2008-2010 Component Relations Shared Interest Group (SIG) Chair. In 2007 she was named one of six 2007-2008 Association Forum Diversity Scholars. Ms. Harris earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2014.
In June 2011, Ms. Harris received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from DePaul University. She serves as a mentor to a junior at Holy Trinity High School through the PEAK (Partnership to Educate and Advance Kids); a program provides opportunities for at-risk youth to achieve academic and personal success through a quality, values-based education and the guidance of caring adult mentors.

Pari is an accomplished marketing and sales professional with a proven record of developing and implementing creative marketing initiatives. From interning with a Division I athletics department to building a marketing program from the ground up for an international organization within the energy industry, she has experience in handling a wide range of marketing, sales and customer service responsibilities including branding strategy, digital marketing, presentations, tradeshow and event planning, strategic marketing, database management, and website design. Pari graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s in marketing.

Dianna Reeves has over seven years of collective experience with a concentration in finance, human resources, office management, and project planning.
Prior to joining CFA Society Chicago, Ms. Reeves was the Finance Manager at BlueStar, a data solutions and litigation support provider. Ms. Reeves received her B.A. in Journalism from Roosevelt University.
In 2014 she was a guest speaker on the Fall Panel of the Consortium for Educational Change. She shared her experiences working as an Assistant Project Manager from 2012 -2014 at UChicago Impact, a not-for-profit organization at the University of Chicago’s Urban Education Institute, which develops diagnostic tools and support for school leaders and educators.
In her spare time, she volunteers with the Youth and Women’s department at CLJC, a religious-based organization located on the west side of Chicago.
LARISA SUTTON, CAE

Larisa Sutton is an association professional with over 5 years of experience. She has experience with member relations, governance, membership database maintenance, and administrative support.
Prior to joining CFA Chicago, Ms. Sutton was the Membership Coordinator at the American Association of Endodontists, a dental organization dedicated to excellence in the art and science of endodontics and to the highest standard of patient care. She began in the executive department where she worked closely with the Board of Directors and member committees and then transitioned into the membership department.
Ms. Sutton received her B.A. in psychology with a minor in sociology from the University of Iowa. She enjoys running, reading and volunteering with Best Buddies of Illinois as a member of their Associate Board.
